1. Enrollment & Registration
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is required to secure enrollment. This fee covers administrative costs, supplies, and curriculum materials for the school year.
Registration is not complete until the registration fee is received and a signed parent contract is on file. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Tuition & Payment
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 will be applied to payments received after the 10th of the month.
Tuition rates are as follows:
- 3-Year-Old Preschool: $195/month
- 4-Year-Old Preschool (3-day): $260/month
- 4-Year-Old Preschool (5-day): $425/month
- Kindergarten Half-Day: $460/month
- Kindergarten Full-Day: $760/month
- Kindergarten Hybrid: $510/month
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis regardless of holidays, school closures, or absences. No refunds or credits are given for missed days.
3. Attendance & Absences
Regular attendance is essential for your child's learning and development. Please notify the school by 8:30 AM if your child will be absent.
If a child is absent for more than 5 consecutive days without notification, the spot may be offered to another family on the waiting list.
4. Health & Safety Requirements
All children must be potty-trained and able to use the restroom independently. Children must be current on all required immunizations or have an approved exemption on file.
Children with fever (100.4F or higher), vomiting, diarrhea, or other signs of contagious illness must stay home. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to school.
Parents must provide emergency contact information and authorize emergency medical treatment if parents cannot be reached.
5. Medication Policy
Atlas Academy staff may administer prescription medications only with written parental consent and original pharmacy-labeled containers. Over-the-counter medications are not administered by staff.
All allergies and medical conditions must be disclosed at enrollment and updated as needed throughout the school year.
6. Drop-off & Pick-up
Children must be signed in and out each day by an authorized adult. Only individuals listed on the authorized pick-up list will be allowed to pick up your child. Valid photo ID is required.
A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be charged for pick-ups more than 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.
7. Withdrawal Policy
A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to withdraw from the program. Tuition for the notice period is still due regardless of attendance.
The registration fee is non-refundable. Prepaid tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis after the 30-day notice period.
8. Behavior & Discipline
Atlas Academy uses positive guidance and redirection techniques. Physical punishment is never used. We work collaboratively with parents to address behavioral concerns.
In cases of persistent behavioral issues that endanger other children or staff, or significantly disrupt the learning environment, Atlas Academy reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program.
9. Photo & Media Release
By enrolling, you grant Atlas Academy permission to photograph, video record, and use images of your child for educational purposes, school communications, marketing materials, and social media.
If you do not wish your child's image to be used, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.
10. Communication
Parents will receive regular updates about their child's progress and school activities. We communicate via email, phone, and written notices.
Please ensure your contact information is current and notify us immediately of any changes.
11. Liability Waiver
While Atlas Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of children in our care, parents acknowledge that participation in school activities involves inherent risks.
Parents agree to hold harmless Atlas Academy, its owners, directors, teachers, and staff from liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during normal school activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
12. Agreement
By submitting this enrollment form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
I understand that my enrollment is subject to these terms and that violation of any policy may result in dismissal from the program.
